At Bijoux Rêverie, we want every piece you own to feel special.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and worry-free.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and pouches.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as each piece is crafted uniquely for you.
We recommend confirming all details before placing a custom order.
Return Process

Contact Us – Email our support team at scottcommons@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions – Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return shipping details and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Pack Your Item – Carefully pack the jewelry in its original box and protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Ship It Back – Drop the parcel off at your nearest courier location as instructed.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please specify this in your email.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at scottcommons@outlook.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
